SENIOR BUSINESS PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Are you passionate about developing innovative business solutions and improving customer experiences? We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Product Specialist to support the growth of our B2B energy portfolio for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In this role, you will combine market expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product development and business performance.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the electricity and natural gas sector for SME customers.
  • Develop and enhance product offerings in line with changing market conditions, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Lead product initiatives from concept to market launch, coordinating projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes related to product lifecycle management and customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver product training for sales, customer support, and operational teams to ensure a consistent level of product knowledge across the business.
  • Provide ongoing product expertise and support to internal stakeholders, particularly operational and back-office teams.
  • Participate in strategic projects focused on business growth, digital transformation, customer experience, and process optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pricing, analytics, operations, IT, and commercial departments.

What we’re looking for

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • Professional experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or a related field, ideally within the energy sector or another regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, improving processes, and supporting the implementation and testing of new system functionalities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
