Our client is an international IPP with an important pipeline of projects already under construction and operation in Poland. We are now searching for an Assistant that will be a key player in supporting the company’s operations in Office, Financial and Development matters.
As a key support role in our small but growing renewable energy company, the Board, Financial, Office & Development Department Assistant will provide essential administrative, financial, and project development assistance. This position ensures efficient board operations, supports financial tracking, and aids in managing investor relations and development activities for our wind and PV projects.
Responsibilities:
- Board & Governance Support:
- Schedule and coordinate board and committee meetings, including virtual calls.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, board packs, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain organized records of board materials, resolutions, and corporate documents.
- Assist with compliance monitoring related to governance and regulatory filings.
- Financial Administration:
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes and expense reimbursements (Purchase order).
- Assist with monthly financial reconciliations and tracking of project budgets.
- Help prepare financial summaries and reports for management and board review.
- Maintain accurate, accessible financial and project documentation for audits.
- Development & Investor Relations Support:
- Organize and update investor and partner documentation, including presentations and progress reports.
- Assist in preparing materials for funding proposals and due diligence processes.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and reporting obligations.
- Support communication with investors, grant agencies, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Basic financial skills; experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Self-starter who works well independently and in a small team.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Previous administrative or project support role, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with board governance practices.
- Understanding of renewable energy project development or investor relations is a plus.
- English is a must for the role
