Our client is an international IPP investing in wind, solar, BESS around the world and projects already under operation in Poland.

As the company continues to expand internationally, particularly in Poland it is looking for RES Engineer.

About the role
We are building a lean Technical & Engineering (T&E) team acting as the company’s internal technical authority for renewable energy projects (PV & BESS). In this role, you will support early-stage technical development by reviewing, coordinating, and structuring engineering inputs, rather than performing detailed design work.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of PV and BESS project concepts (layouts, sizing, assumptions)
• Assist in energy yield assessments (e.g. using PVsyst or similar tools)
• Review technical documentation and ensure consistency and completeness
• Coordinate with external designers and follow up on missing inputs
• Support technical analyses for early-stage development and investment decisions

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical or renewable energy engineering
• Basic experience with PV systems; BESS knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of DC/AC design principles and electrical infrastructure (HV is an advantage)
• Experience with PVsyst or similar tools is appreciated
• Good Excel skills and ability to work with structured data
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Good English and clear communication skills
