Our client is an international energy investment group specialised in renewable energy projects. Currently for their team we are looking for a Regional Origination Manager based in Poland.

Regional Origination Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new, appropriate sites for wind and solar farms development within the designated region. This role requires deep understanding of the development process and development risk exposure, real estate law regulations, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (land owners, intermediaries, municipality authority).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess and evaluate new sites/locations for potential wind and solar farm development within the region.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and attractiveness evaluation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with land owners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiate land lease agreements and other contractual arrangements, development.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, legal, and business, to ensure successful project origination.
• Prepare and present project proposals and feasibility studies to business senior management.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.
• Provide regular reports on project origination activities and progress to business senior management.

Qualifications:

• Nice to have minimum of 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on project origination.
• Strong understanding of development processes.
• Proven track record of successfully secured land.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Frequent need to travel within the region is required.
• Knowledge of English at a very good level

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with GIS software and other tools for site assessment
