Our client is a leader in offshore wind and they are now looking for additional support for their Procurement Team in Warsaw. This is a temporary role on a B2B basis until the end of 2028 with the possibility to be extended. You will be able to work from home and also in the company’s local offices and will participate in creating one of the first offshore wind projects in Poland.

Who are we looking for

• Master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance
• Have 1 to 4 years of experience in similar role
• Procurement Operations knowledge/experience.
• Data science and data analytics acumen.
• Process improvement/continuous improvement skills
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Have an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels,
• Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,
• Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1)
• Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) or procurement tools is preferred
