Our client is an international IPP investing in wind, solar, BESS around the world and projects already under operation in Poland.

As the company continues to expand internationally, particularly in Poland it is looking for Electrical Engineer.

About the role
We are building a lean Technical & Engineering (T&E) team acting as the company’s internal technical authority for renewable energy projects (PV & BESS). As most design work is outsourced, your focus will be on reviewing, validating, and coordinating engineering deliverables, as well as supporting key technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and challenge technical documentation from external designers
• Assess PV and BESS concepts (layouts, sizing, assumptions)
• Identify technical risks and inconsistencies
• Interpret grid studies and ensure MV/HV compliance
• Support technical due diligence and investment decisions

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Experience with PV projects; BESS is a strong plus
• Good understanding of MV/HV systems, substations, and protection systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to review engineering work
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (design license is a plus)
• Good English and clear communication skills
