Our client is one of the leading construction companies in the Wind and Solar Energy sector with over 20 years of experience in Europe, the Americas and other locations. For one of their projects in Romania we are now looking for Electrical Site Engineers to join their team. We are looking for passionate electrical engineers with experience in construction or engineering supervision in infrastructure. Experience in renewables is not a must for the position, therefore this is your chance to enter the renewable energy world of professionals if this is your goal. As an electrical site engineer you will ensure the organization, control and monitoring of every work to be performed, coordinating human and material resources related to them, ensuring the execution of the works within the forecast plans, according to guidelines and in conjunction with the Project Manager/Site Manager to promote compliance with activities and contribute to the optimisation of resources applied.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and study the project’s contract specifications and descriptive documents, technical reports and drawings;
- Gather and request clarifications and details on the project’s contract specifications and descriptive documents, technical reports and drawings, in order to clarify doubts and details to define the engineering process;
- Analyse and prepare studies and remaining documentation specific to each project to propose a more adjusted solution to the Client, complying with technical requirements within the foreseen budgets;
- To control and ensure the proper costs allocation.
MAIN DUTIES
- Support for monitoring and coordination of works on site
- Creation of schedules and maintenance of construction documentation
- Reporting on progress of works and maintaining accounts
- Placing orders, overseeing delivery planning and timeliness
- Maintaining site documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards
- Execution of orders entered in the construction log book
- Preparation of as-built documentation of construction works
- Close cooperation and assistance to other HQ and teams in Europe.
- Compliance with internal and external regulations in terms of health and safety and quality policy.
- Preparation of Conceptual, Construction and Execution Designs according to construction law, standards, and regulations
- Analysis and selection of optimal design solutions
- Analysing, evaluating, checking the design documentation of other designers
- Compliance with internal and external regulations on health and safety and quality policy
OFFER
- Schedule: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00, with 1 hour lunch break;
- Overtime will be compensated with free time;

- Initial employment contract on determined period 6 months, then it will be extended in case both parties agree;
