Our client is a solar rooftop and ground -mounted solar projects currently developing very intensely in Poland and internationally. For their Warsaw HQ we are looking for a Sales & Business Developer based in Warsaw, Poland.
The Sales & Business Developer’s role is to support and report to the Operation & Development Manager in Poland.
Main responsibilities (not limited to) :
- Support the development and implementation of the sales plan
- Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the country
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Prospect, identify and develop key accounts on the market, prospecting for opportunities and proven previous customer acquisition experience needed
- Identify key stakeholders and decision makers within the customer business
- Commercial development to reach the objectives set
- Negotiations and follow-up of contracts
- Maintain close relationship and communication with existing clients to understand their needs regarding energy efficiency services and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and processes in Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality Management
- Collaborate with the International Development Business Unit
- Prepare reports on business visits and meetings
- Business plan creation/coordination
- Energy efficiency project implementation and coordination
REQUIREMENTS
- Business School / Management / Engineering degree
- 2 years professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the Photovoltaic and Energy Efficiency sector
- Sales experience
- Very good level of English
- Positive and motivated attitude

- Good oral and written communication skills (English & Polish)
- Excellent IT skills, (MS Excel, Outlook & Word)

EDUCATION:

- Master’s degree level or Bachelor’s with several years of experience
