Your responsibilities
The job holder is part of the Blade Repair Service Europe Team and in this roll part of a rotor blade platform team to perform high quality repairs and inspections all over Europe in the Company Service fleet. This is achieved while using the latest repair technology based on profound trainings, the collaboration with the Blade Service & Composites team and always an eye on safety.
· Lead a blade repair team consisting of 3 technicians
· Repair of rotor blade damages up tower or on the ground
· Perform basic to complex blade repairs together with team members
· Work on a suspended platform all over Europe with a focus on Scandinavia
· Repairs are done by Company work instructions and standards
· Document repairs and inspections
· Responsible to communicate with customer and back office
· Representing Company values in the field
Our requirements
- 3 or more proven years of experiences in blade repairs
- Experience in complex composite repairs
- Medical fitness for working at heights and in confined space
- Travelling position for long term travels in the field with 90% travels per year
- Good English knowledge to communicate with customer and back office
- EU citizen
- Driving license class BE
- EU Covid-19 certificate
- Safety focused
- Experience as team lead is welcome
