Our team is rapidly growing so as our projects and it needs the support of an experienced Stakeholders Manager with experience in the energy sector and in managing project development in this area.
This person leads and coordinates the creation and implementation of a local strategic plan to promote the company and the project with all stakeholders with special focus on public authorities, local communities, media, fishermen and environmental associations.
PROJECT OVERVIEW: Identifies the critical communication aspects related to the offshore project consenting by having a constant overview of the projects fundamentals;
STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT: Ensures stakeholders relationship management through all phases of the Project in order to prevent and resolve potential opposition that may occur with project implementation;
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSOCIATIONS MANAGEMENT: Establishes and ensures a regular interaction with environmental associations to create and reinforce consensus around the Project;
MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Develops a Media strategy and acts as the responsible for all local media relations in liaison with the Communications Department at OW, to ensure an effective flow of information across the media agents;
- Strong knowledge of local media market
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Strong knowledge of Polish RES market
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office package
REQUIRED ACADEMIC SKILLS: Degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations or External Affairs
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 years of experience on similar position.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: 3-5 years in a similar capacity while promoting RES projects; minimum 8 years general experience in media communication.
Languages: The project has an international team of employees, and the working language is English. Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written. Fluency in Polish is a must.
Other specifications: Location in Warsaw or Gdynia, but travelling to supplier’s facilities and offices, local construction ports and constructions sites may be required.
