Site supervisor

Your responsibilities

The job holder is part of the Blade Repair Service Europe Team and in this role ensure high quality repairs and inspections all over Europe in the Company Service fleet by controlling and supporting the Blade repair teams. This is achieved while using the latest repair technology based on profound trainings, the collaboration with the Blade Service & Composites team and always an eye on safety.

 

·       Control efficiency and quality of Blade repair teams onsite.

·       Supervise complex composites repairs onsite

·       Flexible support of blade repair teams

·       Optimize work execution to increase efficiency and quality

·       Actively sharing information in the blade repair community

·       Participation in prototype repairs with new repair methods

·       Communication of individual training demands to training department

 

Our requirements

  • Related studies or comparable assimilated knowledge through experience
  • 5 or more proven years of experiences in onsite blade repairs
  • Experience in complex composite repairs
  • Experience as team lead is welcome
  • Medical fitness for working at heights
  • Travelling position for long term travels in the field with 90% travels per year
  • Good command in English written and spoken (B2 level), regular communication in English with a customer and back office
  • EU citizen
  • Driving license class BE
  • EU COVID-19 certification
