For our client, an international wind and solar energy developer with almost 1000 employees we are looking for Solar PV Senior Electrical Engineer in Italy.
The Role:
o Perform technical feasibility assessment of solar PV plants and electrical interconnection infrastructures (HVOL and substations).
o Design all aspects of solar PV projects regarding:
- Resource Assessment.
- Layout tradeoffs.
- Agrivoltaic plants in accordance to MITE guidelines.
- Civil works.
- Electrical infrastructures: internal electrical lines, MV/HV OL and UL and MV/HV Sub-
stations.
- Plot List and expropriation.
o Elaborate all technical documentation, except environmental impact assessment, to be submitted for solar PV Plant Sole Authorization, Grid Connection, Construction and entering into service.
o Liaise with internal experts and external consultants supporting the project design and technical due diligence.
o Elaborate technical drawings with the details of the land affected for surface right or acquisition contracts.
Requirements:
o MSc in Electrical Engineering.
o At least five years professional experience in solar PV plants design and electrical interconnection infrastructures (HVOL and substations).
o Experience in preparation of administrative and executive projects for solar PV plants.
o Experience in preparation of technical documentation for grid access and connection requests.
o Team player.
o Advanced knowledge of PVsyst, PVCase, Autocad, QGIS.
o Independent way of working, commitment, creativity, accuracy.
o Willingness to travel.
o Languages: Italian and English(C1).
