SALES OPERATIONS EXPERT

Our client is one of the largest and most prestigious European solar panel manufacturers with a solid position in Poland. For its Polish team, we are now looking for a Sales Operations Expert with experience in the operational analysis and management of sales, ideally with some experience in the PV sector and a good command of English. Knowledge of German will be a plus. Full home office is possible in the position.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Back office assistance to the Key Account Managers
  • Focal point for key accounts, project developers and installers in the entire EMA region
  • Order entry in SAP
  • Delivery coordination in close collaboration with the customers and the inhouse logistic department. Issuing of all shipping related documents in accordance with the requirements of the destination country
  • Invoice issuing, payment supervision and dunning process
  • Claim handling in collaboration with the technical department
  • Contract and order management, participation in the frame contracts set up
  • Support to all arising questions to contractual terms and conditions (Incoterms, customs related issues, etc.)
  • Coordination and monitoring of payment securities i.e. bank warranties, letters of credit
  • SAP (S4 Hana) key user (OTS)
  • Collaboration with the finance department on yearly audits
  • Coordination of delivery capacities, SKU priorisation and allocation on customer requests
  • Availability analysis and controlling of product assignment in collaboration with the customers and KAMs
  • Strong focus on coordination with the global planning department  regarding product allocation to secure a continuous supply situation for the EMEA customers
  • Development and monitoring of product sales forecast for the EMEA region
  • Report issuance for the senior management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree (Uni/FH) in business administration or comparable training
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales operations/order processing, preferably in the PV area
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written in English & Polish if possible or any other European language. Knowledge of German will be a plus
  • Goal- and priority-oriented working methods
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package and ERP system SAP
