Our company is one of the leaders in the wind energy sector and is currently looking for their Warsaw offices for a SALES MANAGER with substantial experience in selling products and project in large scale utilities.

In this role you have the key account responsibility for a number of accounts in Ukraine, Baltic countries, Romania and Poland and you are responsible for identifying and developing further business opportunities also in other Eastern European countries with new and existing clients.


  • Previous experience in sales of large scale energy projects and products within the energy sector
  • Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian will definitely be a plus for the position
  • Very good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different realities and clients expectations, company cultures and also markets
  • Ability to detect new opportunities and react fast once identified
  • Strong business acumen and strong negotiation skills
