Our client is part of an international energy group, present in Poland for over 15 years, now creating their Rooftop and Commercial PV division in Poland. To support the local operations they are looking for a Sales Engineer with experience in solar rooftop projects, to join their growing team in a position that combines both technical as well as commercial skills. We are looking for a results-driven communicator with good knowledge of the market and ideally some tendering and cost-estimation experience.
DUTIES IN THE POSITION INCLUDE:
- development of technical offers in the field of renewable energy sources (RES)
- participation in projects and implementation of facilities with the use of heat pumps, PV installations, solar collectors
- participation in the preparation of the sales strategy
- active acquisition of new customers, conducting trade negotiations
- building long-term relationships with acquired and existing customers
participation - conducting technical training related to RES
- implementation of the assumed sales budget for investments
- monitoring of the construction investment market and competition offers
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- higher technical education – preferably directional, min. engineer
- at least 2 experience in a similar position
- good knowledge of the assortment and the market of the installation and heating industry, with particular emphasis on renewable energy devices
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proven ability to negotiate with customers and producers
- strong focus on the implementation of sales plans independence, creativity, activity in action
availability - category B driving license
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCad, and others
- ability to create presentations and reports for the board
