RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of offer estimates on the basis of technical documentation
Verification of tender documentation in the field of construction
Cooperation with other departments in obtaining contracts and their implementation

Analyzing the collected data and drawing the right conclusions

REQUIREMENTS:
Higher technical education, civil or design engineering
Experience as a bidding specialist or cost estimator
Ability to estimate costs in the construction industry
Good knowledge of the construction industry
Ability to read and analyze tender and project documentation
Communicativeness, consistency and independence in performing tasks
Good knowledge of English
