For our client, an international wind and solar energy developer with almost 1000 employees we are looking for Renewable Energy Development Project Manager in Italy.
The Role:
o Manage the entire development cycle of a renewable energy project (wind or PV solar) from the initiation to entering into operation in Italy.
o Proven experience in:
- Having obtained Administrative Authorizations for wind farms and PV plants including
associated infrastructures released by the relevant Regional and/or National Administrative body.
- Grid access & connection, Technical Access Contract, EON-ION-FON with ENEL and
TERNA.
- Having obtained Environmental Impact Approval for wind farms and PV plants.
- Joint Evacuation infrastructures.
- Land lease negotiation, plot list and expropriation.
o Elaborate relevant documentation provided in the frame of the Administrative Authorization, Grid Connection and Construction.
o Experience in technical and legal due diligence performed on buy-side and sell-side.
o Liaise with internal experts and external consultants supporting the project design and technical due diligence.
o Elaborate relevant technical and commercial terms for land lease, DDS and/or acquisition contracts.
Requirements:
o MSc in Electrical Engineering.
o At least five years professional experience in wind farms and PV plants project development and management.
o Experience in preparation of and follow upon Sole Authorization processes of wind farms and
PV plants in accordance with Regional and/or National regulations and execute projects for
wind farms and PV plants.
o Experience in preparation of and follow up on technical documentation for grid access and
connection requests.
o Team player.
o Advanced knowledge of MS Office and QGIS. o Willingness to travel.
o Languages: Italian and English(C1)
