Our client is an international IPP with over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sector, looking for a senior individual with 12 years minimum experience with in-depth knowledge of the renewables sector with a deep knowledge of Solar PV.

The ideal candidates needs to have the following skill set:

– deep know-how of renewable energy businesses and particularly solar PV;

– banking or finance background – probably with M&A, asset sales experience in one of the leading investment banks or accounting firms;

– deep understanding of how renewable asset financial models work;

– 10 years experience selling assets for renewable energy/ infrastructure businesses/funds.

– experience selling assets to EU, UK, North American and Asian market asset buyers.

We are looking for someone dynamic, business oriented, who can establish positive synergies within the company and with external stakeholders.
