Our client is one of the main Swiss based investors and providers of services within the DG business in Europe. Now undergoing a fast growth especially in the DACH region, the company is looking to hire two experienced Project Managers to manage the projects engineering and construction. In this role you will perform the following activities:

 In this exciting role you will be responsible for the technical design for the realization of projects. This includes the creation of preliminary projects, support for approval procedures, the implementation of technical standards and quality assurance in all project phases in the portfolio.
 You create pre-project reports including technical clarifications and specify the procurement requirements for the projects
 You ensure quality by evaluating offers and controlling the construction project reports prepared by the service providers
 You are the contact person for the project management for all technical questions during the approval process and ensure the technically flawless project handling for the entire project portfolio in all project phases
 You coordinate, control and negotiate the technical aspects with the project stakeholders involved and check the work of the external planners and service providers with regard to compliance with our requirements. They are a central hub function in our company
 You maintain an effective and trusting cooperation even beyond the borders of your own organizational unit
They expect:
 For this function we are looking for you as a decisive personality with proven change management skills. You are used to structuring tasks or work packages and to empowering and supporting your project partners through clear and effective communication.
 You have a degree in engineering in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering, and ideally further training in business administration
 You have several years of experience in project planning or maintenance within the energy sector
 You master the methodology for the implementation of complex and multi-layered infrastructure projects along the SIA phases
 You are familiar with procurement management and have knowledge of approval procedures at federal level
 You have very good knowledge of German and English. Other language skills are also an advantage
 Must have: Experience in the field of plant and direct current technology (low voltage) and photovoltaics
 Enthusiasm for technology-oriented tasks paired with business interest
 Sales drive, perseverance, solution- and goal-oriented way of working with the ability to understand complex market contexts
