Our client is a rapidly growing IPP with a strong project development pipeline and a growing team based in Szczecin. We are now looking for an experienced Project Development Professional, with knowledge of developing projects from Greenfield to RTB.

Project development manager

• Managing the process of preparing the documentation for the development of wind farm and photovoltaic projects in Poland to the r RTB;
• Planning, controlling wind and PV projects in terms of tasks, deadlines, , budget, quality, milestones and profitability.
• preparing decision templates regarding in cooperating projects projects risk and opportunities;
• Coordination and cooperation with subcontractors involved in project development;
• Contact and negotiation with public administrations
• Negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements with property owners;
• Preparation of documentation on the basis of applicable regulations, e.g. the law on spatial planning, environmental protection, energy law.
• Coordinating administrative procedures for obtaining the required administrative decisions and permits for the implementation of wind farm and photovoltaic projects;

Requirements for candidates:

Project developer manager

• At least 2 years’ professional experience in the RES industry or in a related industry related to project development;
• Experience in project management;
• higher education (preferred majors: renewable energy sources, spatial management, environmental protection, construction, electrical engineering, or related);
• ability to solve problems and find solutions;
• willingness to develop and ability to assimilate new knowledge
• multi-tasking, communication skills, independence, commitment, creativity, accuracy, ability to structure work;
• knowledge of MS Office;
• fluent in English;
• Driving licence, category B
• GIS softwear or similar softwear as a plus
• pro active and a positive attitude focused on solutions is key for the role
