Our client is an international solar PV investor, part of a large infrastructure investment fund. For their financial team in Poland, we are now looking for a Junior Lawyer with excellent organization skills and fluent English

The scope of tasks will be as follows:

1. All reporting obligations mandatory under Polish law;
2. All updated of corporate details/registration in the KRS and other relevant declaration to the relevant authorities;
3. All required amendments (AoA, management board etc);
4. Support in managing the corporate documents of companies;
5. Supporting M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Team
6. Supporting the team in the UK in terms of Project finance
