Office Manager

Our client is an international energy company specialising in large wind projects. They are now in the process of expanding their office in Warsaw near the city centre, and are now looking for a competent and experienced Office Manager to manager their administration and provide support for the different business units of the company. In this role you will be

  • organising meetings and managing databases
  • booking transport and accommodation
  • organising company events or conferences
  • ordering stationery and furniture
  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • managing office budgets
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • delegating tasks to junior employees
  • organising induction programmes for new employees
  • ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • using a range of software packages
  • Being in touch with subcontractors
  • attending meetings with senior management
  • assisting the organisation’s HR by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.

Requirement

  1. At least 3 years of office management experience
  2. Ability to work under pressure
  3. Excellent level of English (knowledge of Spanish will be a plus)
  4. Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  5. Outstanding organization and communication skills
  6. Positive attitude and ability to multitask
