Our client is a leading investor in renewable energy now operating and developing a strong team in Poland for their CEE operations. For their regional team they are looking now for a professional with strong engineering and technical risk assessment skills for the position of M&A Technical PM to support the commercial and technical team in project acquisition and technical DD process.

In this position you will be responsible for:

– Coordination of technical project documentations and permitting/legal documentations

– Coordination of solar farm acquisition transactions

– Analysis of Legal Due Diligence reports

– Creating Technical Due Diligence evaluations and reports

– Liaising with subcontractors and third parties

REQUIREMENTS

-two years of experience minimum in renewable energy

– knowledge of administrative procedures in the sector

– fluent English

–  drivers license

– independent, ability to multitask and excellent organization skills

– excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
