For an international investor in renewable energy infrastructure with assets under operation in Poland, Hungary, LATAM and other locations we are now looking for an additional administrative support for their M&A department. In this role you will be
- Making sure all documentation is in place and visible in the platform for all involved partiers
- Archive important legal and financial documentation and passing it on to the relevant departments
- Putting information and data on Excel and managing Excel sheets with confidential data and information
- Printing documents, preparing presentations and data for meeting
We are looking for:
- Excellent Excel command is a must, good knowledge of other software will be a plus
- A hands on independent person with great organizational skills and ability to work independently
- You can be a student or graduate willing to gain experience in this area and work in an international organization
- Knowledge of English will be a nice to have
- Knowledge of Polish is a must
- Proactive and open communicator conscience of the support role performed for all the members of the M&A team
- As you will be in touch with many different departments and stakeholders, excellent communication skills as a must in this position
