Our client is one of the key companies responsible for the development, construction and operations of wind and solar farms in Italy with a global presence. One of the leaders in the industry, they are present in over 20 countries.
They are now expanding our legal team in Italy and researching a Legal Associate to be based in Milan, focused on administrative law, with particular regard to energy law.
You will have the opportunity to support the Legal team in the following main areas of activity:
– assistance in the authorization procedures of plants powered by renewable sources (with specific regard to photovoltaic and wind plants);
– drafting of legal opinions related to authorization for the development of plants;
– due diligence for acquisitions, financing or joint ventures of companies operating in the renewable energy sector;
THE PERFECT CANDIDATES:

Degree in Law from an Italian or European university. Admitted to practice law in Italy. |

3/4 years experience in energy/regulatory department of a top tier law firm, in-house secondment (in a renewable energy company would be a plus). Ideally a combination of law firm and in-house experience. Proactivity and commitment.
