Our client is one of the largest IPPs in France and the world. Currently they are looking for an HSE Coordinator to join their team in Paris.  The main activity of the role is to insure, check and develop the Health & safety policy of the company In France & Belgium. To spread the Health & safety culture within the company and the contractors. You will also be responsible for detecting  emergency situations and propose solutions plus insuring the regulatory & ISO 45001 compliance.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Perform risk assessments (DUERP & prevention plans)
2. Manage incidents (accidents, nearmisses, hazard report) and develop the preventive & corrective actions plan
3. Assess the regulatory compliance of the sites and propose action plans
4. Perform H&S inspections in O&M and E&C sites
5. Do the internal H&S reporting
6. Follow up the contractors H&S performance
7. Ensure the contractor documentation process (egestiona)
8. Organize the emergency exercise with firefighters on our windfarms (ICPE)
9. Provide support to the different departments (prospection, E&C and O&M)
10. Give support to the HR teams for Health & Safety trainings
11. Insure the applicability of the ISO 45001 standard and propose improvements
12. Participate in the H&S governance (management review, HSE commissions, Corporate H&S monthly meetings…)
13. Insure the coordination with the HSE supervisors in construction sites

REQUIRED PROFILE

1. ACADEMIC LEVEL

Master 1/2, engineer

2. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years in relevant fields

3. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

• Risks: electricity, working at height
• Iso 45001
• French & Belgium regulation
• Construction sites
• Windturbine business
• Solar activities is a plus

4. LANGUAGES

• High French level is required
• Fluent in English
