Our client is an investment fund focused on renewable energy currently developing its team in Poland. For their team we are looking for a HR & Administration Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting process
- maintaining employee master data and personnel files
- preparing various personnel reports
- the preparations for the payroll accounting
- the employees throughout the onboarding and offboarding process
- coordinating and supporting the employees in all wage tax and social security issues
- processing Incoming invoices and raising payment application to accounting
- checking travel expense application of the employees
- Supply and Facility Management, monitoring, purchasing and tracking the inventory, including all the office assets, communication with the landlord, solving all the issues around office and office Assets
- supporting internal and external event management
- front-desk service, including but not limited to accepting and distributing parcels, mail and shipping
- supporting on other tasks from CEO and Head of HR around HR and office administration
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed bachelor-/ master studies in Business Administration, or similar qualified training/education
- 2+ years’ work experience in HR or Office Administration
- Confident and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
- Experienced in working with external contractors and service providers, including negotiation and monitoring of the service provided
- Good knowledge of standard software tools like MS Office Software, especial Excel
- You are a creative problem solver with a high service attitude
- You are a highly sociable team player, able to build up and maintain great relationships for in-person or remote collaboration
- Proven reliability and sensitivity to deal with confidential information
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Polish
