For our client, rapidly expanding renewable energy developer, investor, and operator currently in an exciting and fast-paced growth stage we are looking for: GIS Specialist / GIS Manager
Your responsibilities:

Carry out detailed feasibility studies for new renewable energy projects identified internally or by our partners.

Conduct environmental assessments, considering planning and environmental constraints at local, regional, and national levels.

Stay current with Polish legislation related to renewable energy development.

Support the Business Development team in site selection and permitting processes.

Continuously develop your expertise and technical skills in line with the company’s evolving focus.
Your qualifications:

A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in environmental planning, geography, landscape architecture, urban planning, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in land analysis and spatial assessment across Poland, ideally within the renewable energy sector.

Strong command of GIS tools (e.g., QGIS) and CAD systems.

In-depth knowledge of Polish administrative and planning regulations for renewable projects.

Fluent in Polish, with good proficiency in English.

A results-driven, organized, and proactive approach, with solid project management skills.

Excellent communication skills — able to balance detailed technical insight with clear, big-picture thinking.
Location:
Remote (anywhere in Poland) or hybrid, based in Poznań.
