Our client is founded by Swiss investors and family offices who are interested in the sustainable development of Switzerland as an industrial location. In this way, ou client is able to finance entire energy systems for third parties against power consumption over a previously determined period of time.

In the last 20 years, they have planned and created construction concepts with renewable energy and a total of over 10 gigawatts of power with the partner companies, also across Switzerland at various locations abroad. This corresponds to around four times the total current Swiss photovoltaic capacity.

For their growing Team in Baar we are looking for a Financial Manager with strong knowledge in financial planning, control and accounting.

Responsibilities

Preparation-interpretation of the financial models

Analysis of the financial models prepared by the financing institutions

Responsible for the financing process and reporting processes

Support in preparation of the consolidated financial statements

Preparation of standalone financial statements of SPVs

Analysis of the variation to the budget/forecast

Preparation of financial analyzes at different organization levels (the entire company, selected units, projects etc.)

Participation in month / quarter / year end close activities

Requirements

Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Good knowledge of the financial models

Experience with creating financial statements

Experience with Group structures and their consolidation

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of German and English
