The Financial Planning and Control Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the project’s planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, and for financial and operational reporting to internal and external entities. Responsible for the maintenance and evolution of the company’s main business planning and control tools (from excel into management systems).
•Coordinates the portfolio’s business planning process (including P&L, CF, BS and operational KPIs)•Challenges the forecastassumptions•Prepares the project’s budget, reforecasts and business plan•Monitors and challenges the performance of the project in terms of compliance with the approved budget(by cost nature, by function, ratios, look-back, etc.)
•Follows project’sschedules, development costs and capital expenditure.•Maintains a consolidated view of the project’s P&L, Cash Flow, BS and main KPIs.•Ensures an efficient cash management, monitoring expenditure and cash needs, and cash upstream/downstream between Projects, Shareholdersand, in the future, Lenders.•Coordinates the reporting process, including the definition of the information requirements•Prepares reports to the management, shareholders and other internal or external stakeholders (such as lenders and investors)•Develops tools for an efficient planning and control activity •Supports the implementation and governance of the financial information systems •Supports performance improvement initiatives and other type of projects•Supports other areas within the Finance function as well as functions outside Finance as required
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Proficient in Polish& English is a must
•At least 5 years of experience in financial planning andanalysis.•Strong financial modeling experience (P&L, CF and BS).KNOWLEDGESKILLS•Strong analytical skills•Strong written and oral communication skills•Well organized•Team player•SAP BPC Knowledge is a plus
