Our client is an international investment fund with a large portfolio of energy solar projects in Hungary and also in other parts of the world. Currently for their growing team based in Budapest, they are looking for an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to support the management of the office and day to day activities.
In this role you will be responsible for
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Support Legal Manager in legal proceedings e.g. company registration
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
- Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately taking messages
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
- Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously
The preferred candidate will
- Have experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of legal softwares
- Knowledge of legal procedures
- Excellent level of English and Hungarian
- Very good organization skills, multitasker
- Be an excellent communicator and listener
