Our client is one of the leading offshore wind investors in Europe now undergoing the construction phase of one of their key projects in Poland. For their construction team we are seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Compliance Coordinator to ensure that the construction of our offshore wind farm is executed in full compliance with Polish Building Law, permit conditions, and approved design documentation.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will act as the key interface between the Investor, offshore installation contractors, designers, supervision teams, and external providers of licensed construction management services. The role will oversee all building-law-related aspects of the offshore construction process and lead the offshore building office team.<\/p>\n
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A LIMITED IN TIME B2B CONTRACT UP TO THE END OF 2028.<\/strong><\/p>\n MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Ensure compliance with Polish Building Law, permit conditions, and approved design documentation.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Coordinate and oversee statutory construction functions, including Construction Manager (Kierownik Budowy), Works Managers (Kierownicy Rob\u00f3t), and Investor’s Supervising Inspectors (Inspektorzy Nadzoru Inwestorskiego).<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Manage external providers of licensed construction management and supervision services.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Act as the primary interface between offshore installation contractors and construction management organizations.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Oversee construction documentation, including the Construction Site Log (Dziennik Budowy), BIOZ Plan, inspection records, and as-built documentation.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Coordinate design changes and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Support communication and inspections involving Building Supervision Authorities and other relevant public authorities.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Monitor construction compliance, identify regulatory risks, and coordinate corrective actions where required.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Support construction completion, regulatory approvals, and project handover activities.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Report compliance status, risks, and key issues to project leadership.<\/p>\n ACADEMIC BACKGROUND<\/b><\/p>\n University degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.<\/p>\n LANGUAGES<\/b><\/p>\n The project has an international team of employees, and the working language is English.<\/p>\n Candidates need to be fluent in Polish and English both spoken and written.<\/p>\n PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, supervision, or construction compliance.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Experience on large infrastructure, energy, industrial, marine, or offshore projects.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Experience in offshore wind or other offshore construction projects is a plus.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Experience acting as Kierownik Budowy or Inspektor Nadzoru Inwestorskiego would be an advantage.<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Experience working with Polish regulatory authorities and permitting processes is a plus.<\/p>\n KNOWLEDGE<\/b><\/p>\n Strong knowledge of Polish Building Law and construction procedures.<\/p>\n SKILLS<\/b><\/p>\n Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/p>\n OTHER REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Valid Polish construction license (Uprawnienia Budowlane).<\/p>\n \u2022<\/span> Professional design and\/or structural engineering licenses is a plus.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Our client is one of the leading offshore wind investors in Europe now undergoing the construction phase of one of their key projects in Poland.
