<strong>Electrical Works Manager<\/strong> to join an international company operating in the renewable energy sector and support the delivery of large-scale energy projects in <strong>Lithuania<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Key responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Supervise and control electrical and telecommunications construction works within the scope of the required professional authorisations, including projects up to <strong>110 kV<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the construction and installation of <strong>cable lines, transformer stations and related electrical infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the quality, progress and compliance of electrical works with approved designs, technical specifications and applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that construction activities comply with <strong>Lithuanian construction and energy legislation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate electrical works with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the correct execution of works on site and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve technical and organisational issues arising during construction.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate with engineering, project management and other teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Support the preparation, verification and coordination of construction and technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate with relevant local authorities and energy-sector stakeholders as required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with local construction companies, electrical contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the electrical construction function on site and ensure that project requirements are properly implemented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Proven experience as an <strong>Electrical Works Manager, Electrical Construction Manager, Site Manager, Electrical Engineer<\/strong> or in a similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional <strong>authorisation to supervise and control electrical and\/or telecommunications works<\/strong>, registered in the Lithuanian SSVA system, for projects up to <strong>110 kV<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Authorisation covering higher voltage levels will be considered an additional advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in the construction of <strong>cable lines, transformer stations, substations or other electrical infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of <strong>Lithuanian energy law<\/strong> and relevant industry procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>Litgrid and VERT procedures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of <strong>Lithuanian construction law and administrative procedures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the Lithuanian construction and energy market, including local contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working directly on a <strong>construction site<\/strong> and willingness to work on site on a stationary basis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lithuanian \u2013 fluent\/professional level.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>English \u2013 minimum B1 level<\/strong>, sufficient for communication within an international project environment.<\/li>\n<li>Polish language will be considered an additional advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Category B driving licence.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, take responsibility and effectively coordinate multiple parties involved in the construction process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What we offer<\/h4>\n<ul
