The role involves monitoring construction activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all works comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and Romanian regulations.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Supervise\u00a0quality\u00a0control activities on renewable energy construction sites, including wind farms, solar parks, and hydroelectric projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, technical documentation, industry standards, and Romanian construction regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and\u00a0quality\u00a0tests of materials and workmanship.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to identify and resolve\u00a0quality-related issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate\u00a0quality\u00a0documentation for internal records and external audits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Ensure compliance with environmental and health &amp; safety requirements applicable to renewable energy construction projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Implement and maintain\u00a0Quality\u00a0Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with company procedures and international standards, including ISO 9001.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Provide guidance and training to construction teams on\u00a0quality\u00a0requirements and best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Participate in project meetings, providing\u00a0quality-related recommendations and supporting risk mitigation activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Coordinate corrective and preventive actions, monitoring their implementation and effectiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Keep up to date with developments in construction\u00a0quality\u00a0management, renewable energy technologies, and Romanian legislation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Minimum 3 years of experience as a\u00a0Quality\u00a0Supervisor,\u00a0Quality\u00a0Inspector, or in a similar\u00a0qualityassurance role within construction projects, preferably in renewable energy or conventional power generation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Good knowledge of Romanian construction regulations, technical standards, and environmental requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Familiarity with\u00a0Quality\u00a0Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Ability to work independently in dynamic, outdoor construction environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Valid driving license and willingness to travel between project sites.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Experience in international renewable energy projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Knowledge of construction health and safety management systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Professional certification in\u00a0Quality\u00a0Management,\u00a0Quality\u00a0Control, or Project Management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the development of Romania&#8217;s renewable energy sector by ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, safe, and sustainable infrastructure projects.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construction\u00a0Quality\u00a0Supervisor The Construction\u00a0Quality\u00a0Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of\u00a0quality\u00a0and compliance during the construction phase of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and hydroelectric developments.
