As most design work is outsourced, your focus will be on reviewing, validating, and coordinating engineering deliverables, as well as supporting key technical decisions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"406\"><strong data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"406\">Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"707\">\n<li data-section-id=\"xgy7l2\" data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"479\">Review and challenge technical documentation from external designers<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v4ltwb\" data-start=\"480\" data-end=\"542\">Assess PV and BESS concepts (layouts, sizing, assumptions)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tzuejv\" data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"591\">Identify technical risks and inconsistencies<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cwtj9k\" data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"646\">Interpret grid studies and ensure MV\/HV compliance<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x7x37v\" data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"707\">Support technical due diligence and investment decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"725\"><strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"725\">Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"1091\">\n<li data-section-id=\"4jr3yf\" data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"779\">2\u20135 years of experience in electrical engineering<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zbvtsq\" data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"834\">Experience with PV projects; BESS is a strong plus<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1we88kp\" data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"911\">Good understanding of MV\/HV systems, substations, and protection systems<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1udo1kx\" data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"979\">Strong analytical skills and ability to review engineering work<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bn1ndx\" data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1043\">Degree in Electrical Engineering (design license is a plus)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tj3tt5\" data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1091\">Good English and clear communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1220\"><strong data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1129\">We\u2019re looking for someone who is<\/strong><br data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1132\" \/>Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in challenging technical solutions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1339\"><strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1239\">Working model<\/strong><br data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1242\" \/>Office-based role with the possibility of 1 day\/week remote work after ~2\u20133 months of onboarding.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international IPP investing in wind, solar, BESS around the world and projects already under operation in Poland.
