They are now expending in Romania and seeking for\u00a0<\/strong><strong>SITE ENGINEER (Inginer de \u0218antier)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Execution of construction works<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Execute and supervise works according to: Technical design (Proiect Tehnic \u2013 PT), Execution details (DDE)<\/li>\n<li>Translate drawings into clear instructions for site teams<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Setting out, verification &amp; technical control<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Coordinate with surveyor for layout of: Turbine foundations, Roads and platforms<\/li>\n<li>Verify: Coordinates, Elevations, Dimensions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with design geometry and tolerances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Supervision of subcontractors and workforce<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Supervise daily activities of: Subcontractors, Workers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure: Correct execution methods, Compliance with drawings and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve execution issues on site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Quality control and inspection preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Ensure works comply with: Technical specifications, Quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and participate in: RTE verifications, Diriginte inspections, Faze determinante<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all required checks are completed before progressing works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Quantity measurement and progress tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Measure executed works and prepare: Work progress reports (situa\u021bii de lucr\u0103ri)<\/li>\n<li>Track: Quantities vs BOQ, Daily\/weekly progress<\/li>\n<li>Support payment certification process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Technical coordination and issue resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Raise and track: RFIs (Requests for Information)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with: Designer, Site Manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of technical clarifications and design updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Health &amp; Safety compliance (operational level)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Ensure all site activities comply with safety rules<\/li>\n<li>Monitor: Worker behavior, Unsafe conditions<\/li>\n<li>Report incidents and support HSE implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Construction logbook management (Registrul de \u0219antier)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Maintain and update daily: Site activities, Weather conditions, Instructions and decisions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all entries are accurate and complete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Document control and drawing management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Manage and distribute: Approved drawings, Latest revisions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure: Only valid versions are used on site<\/li>\n<li>Maintain structured filing system of all technical documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Correspondence and communication tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Register and track: Site instructions, RFIs, Technical communications<\/li>\n<li>Maintain full traceability of decisions and approvals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Permits, approvals and inspection tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Monitor status of: Permits, Technical approvals, Inspection reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all required approvals are obtained before execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Preparation for inspections and audits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Prepare complete documentation for: RTE, Diriginte de \u0218antier, State Inspectorate for Constructions Romania<\/li>\n<li>Ensure works are fully documented and traceable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reporting and documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Prepare: Daily reports, Weekly progress updates<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistency between: Physical progress, Reported progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Archiving and final documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Maintain organized archive of: All site documentation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare inputs for: Final construction book (cartea construc\u021biei)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Traceability and compliance assurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Ensure each executed work has: Supporting documentation, Inspection records, Approval records<\/li>\n<li>Maintain full audit trail of construction activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leading contraction companies specialised in large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
