We&#8217;re looking for both a sales profile with strong experience in deal closing and a solid network of contacts in Europe, an open communicator who likes to make business based on cold calling and direct physical contact.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In \u00a0this role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the origination of Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) on both the buy-side and sell-side<\/li>\n<li>Identify and match counterparties to successfully close transactions<\/li>\n<li>Proactively source new business opportunities by engaging with asset owners (PV, wind, BESS, biogas, biomethane) and industrial buyers<\/li>\n<li>Drive active sales of GoOs across Europe, targeting industrial clients<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients and market counterparties<\/li>\n<li>Represent PowerLinks at key industry events, conferences, and trade fairs<\/li>\n<li>Completed a Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably in Energy, Business, Economics, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales skills, with up-to-date knowledge of modern negotiation techniques<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of industrial clients and their needs \u2013 in particular, who buys Guarantees of Origin and why<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience as a trader or salesperson is a strong advantage, but not required<\/li>\n<li>Natural negotiator and deal-closer \u2013 you thrive on getting the term sheet signed<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English (C1\u2013C2 level) is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Great communications skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Deal<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>100% remote \u2013 live anywhere in Poland<\/li>\n<li>B2B contract or employment contract<\/li>\n<li>Base + uncapped success fees (deal-driven upside)<\/li>\n<li>&lt;10% travel (for closings &amp; key events)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a great chance to work in a dynamic environmental with the top management in the field.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For a dynamically developing renewable energy solutions we\u2019re looking for an Environmental Trader to own and scale the sales of Guarantees of Origin across Northern Europe, Baltics and Poland.
