We are now looking for an experienced Project Development Professional, with knowledge of developing projects from Greenfield to RTB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Project development manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Managing the process of preparing the documentation for the development of wind farm and photovoltaic projects in Poland to the r RTB;<\/li>\n<li>Planning, controlling wind and PV projects in terms of tasks, deadlines, , budget, quality, milestones and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>preparing decision templates regarding in cooperating projects projects risk and opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and cooperation with subcontractors involved in project development;<\/li>\n<li>Contact and negotiation with public administrations<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements with property owners;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of documentation on the basis of applicable regulations, e.g. the law on spatial planning, environmental protection, energy law.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating administrative procedures for obtaining the required administrative decisions and permits for the implementation of wind farm and photovoltaic projects;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Requirements for candidates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Project developer manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>At least 2 years&#8217; professional experience in the RES industry or in a related industry related to project development;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management;<\/li>\n<li>higher education (preferred majors: renewable energy sources, spatial management, environmental protection, construction, electrical engineering, or related);<\/li>\n<li>ability to solve problems and find solutions;<\/li>\n<li>willingness to develop and ability to assimilate new knowledge<\/li>\n<li>multi-tasking, communication skills, independence, commitment, creativity, accuracy, ability to structure work;<\/li>\n<li>knowledge of MS Office;<\/li>\n<li>fluent in English;<\/li>\n<li>Driving licence, category B<\/li>\n<li>GIS softwear or similar softwear as a plus<\/li>\n<li>pro active and a positive attitude focused on solutions is key for the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>From our side we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>work in an international environment on a permanent contract only<\/li>\n<li>the opportunity to develop in a very dynamic renewable energy sector,<\/li>\n<li>an interesting range of tasks in a dynamically developing renewable energy industry;<\/li>\n<li>attractive salary and bonus scheme<\/li>\n<li>trainings<\/li>\n<li>opportunity for professional development;<\/li>\n<li>friendly, supportive working atmosphere,<\/li>\n<li>essential work tools such as telephone, computer;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a rapidly growing IPP with a strong project development pipeline and a growing team based in Szczecin.
