As a Claim Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our service quality and supplier relationships. You will identify claims, manage the entire process, and work closely with technical and sales teams. Through a structured approach and clear communication, you will contribute to optimizing our service processes in the Central region.<\/p>\n

You will independently manage claims and work closely with relevant departments and interfaces.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You will identify potential claims and prepare defect reports in the region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You will negotiate and process claims with suppliers and external service providers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You will lead optimization measures with suppliers and service providers in the Central region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You will train internal process participants and communicate relevant claims management requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You have professional experience in contract or claims management or a comparable field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
