They are now expending their cost estimation\u00a0division and\u00a0seeking a skilled <b>Cost Estimator \/ Tender Specialist (Civil\/Electrical) <\/b>to support their construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing supplier offers, and ensuring high-quality tender submissions in line with investor requirements.<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">\n<b>Requirements:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\" role=\"presentation\">Higher technical education in civil engineering (preferred specializations: road or building construction) \/ electrical engineering \/ power engineering<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills, reliability, and flexibility in performing tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to occasional business trips and a valid Category B driving license.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Project) and CAD tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of material and service prices in the construction and renewable energy sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction processes and applicable regulations in Romania will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">Job Description<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret investor requirements to prepare cost estimates, offers, and budgets in the required format.<\/li>\n<li>Request quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and project-specific resources; analyze offers based on competence and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Review and verify project documentation for technological, financial, and optimization aspects in collaboration with designers and site managers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare pricing for construction works based on tender documentation, project specifications, and internal calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate closely with internal departments, the Investor, the Project Department, and the Implementation Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leading contraction companies specialised in large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
