We\u2019re looking for a motivated professional to become first dedicated expert in energy storage in the Polish market. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the energy transition by supporting grid-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across their entire lifecycle \u2014 from early-stage feasibility and risk assessment to operational support. Our clients include developers, investors, equipment providers, and regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll do as a Senior Energy Storage Consultant:<\/strong><\/p>\n Take a lead role in delivering technical consulting projects (approximately 60\u201370% of your time), focusing on areas such as risk identification and mitigation for BESS, design evaluations, regulatory compliance, and safety assessments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Help shape and grow Company\u2019s energy storage services in Poland and beyond by tracking market developments and supporting strategic planning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Collaborate across international teams to manage and execute small and large-scale projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Independently drive business development activities: write proposals, build relationships, and represent Company at client meetings and industry events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Actively support Company\u2019s broader mission to make the world safer, smarter, and greener \u2014 and enjoy doing it!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Your key responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n Executing engineering and advisory work related to energy storage, such as technical due diligence, business case analysis, owner\u2019s engineering, safety and design reviews, and training delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Initiating and managing client engagements in Poland, including preparing commercial offers and identifying business opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Managing projects across disciplines and geographies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Representing our capabilities at industry conferences, webinars, and client events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Contributing to a strong, collaborative, and purpose-driven team culture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n You\u2019ll contribute directly to a sustainable energy future through the safe and effective deployment of energy storage systems.
