For its logistics team we are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic logistics expert open to develop for the the green water logistics and create a new network of collaborators with green water ports all over Germany. For this challenging task we are looking for a German fluent speaker with an entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to build this area within the corporation.
\nIn this role you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Development of inland waterway-based routes \u2013 between the company’s suppliers or the company’s \u00a0arrival ports and the installation regions
\nClassification of storage, loading, and transport capacities in the currently possible loading\/import ports
\nDevelopment of the „Rhine Rail” route
\nEvaluation key for inland ports based on transport, unloading, and storage capacities
\nSpecification of requirements for „landing points”
\nDesign of ship-size and component-related delivery options<\/p>\n
YOUR PROFILE
\nOperational experience in inland waterway transport, with market overview of multi-purpose tonnage, or heavy transport logistics with its inherent infrastructure and administrative limitations
\nAccustomed to thinking, planning, and negotiating in a pan-European manner
\nStrong cost awareness<\/p>\n
The new paths to be developed here must be „experienced” \u2013 including support in planning and (at least initially) presence in execution. A fundamental, unconditional willingness to travel is therefore a prerequisite.<\/p>\n
