{"id":3870,"date":"2025-01-17T10:57:42","date_gmt":"2025-01-17T09:57:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=3870"},"modified":"2025-01-17T14:52:57","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T13:52:57","slug":"team-leader-operations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/es\/team-leader-operations\/","title":{"rendered":"TEAM LEADER OPERATIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international energy group, investing and trading in the energy sector, with a larger portfolio of projects around the world and a solid trading team.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a <b>Team Leader Operations<\/b> to oversee and manage processes specifically related to <b>energy supplier switching.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Planning the work of the vendor change team o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">rganizing daily work <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Setting priorities and achieving strategic goals <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Coordinating implementation and automation projects <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Monitoring and maintaining the highest quality of team work <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Close and effective cooperation with other operational teams <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Team support and employee development <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Coordinating implementation and automation projects, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Creating reports and developing business processes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education, At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry, including at least 2 years as a leader\/coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively manage a team and strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Motivation, commitment and ability to cope with stressful situations<\/li>\n<li>Readiness to take on challenges and solve problems<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, Intermediate knowledge of Excel and energy distributor platforms (PWI), Basic knowledge of PowerBI<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create business processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Polish energy market<\/li>\n<li>Analytical approach<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under time pressure and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in teams and focus on achieving goals<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Polish at native level and English at least at C1 level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment contract<\/li>\n<li>Development in an international company that shapes the face of the energy market<\/li>\n<li>A progressive medical care package that takes care of your health and well-being<\/li>\n<li>Co-financing for the Multisport card, allowing you to use various forms of physical activity<\/li>\n<li>Co-financing of foreign language classes during working hours<\/li>\n<li>The possibility of occasional remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international energy group, investing and trading in the energy sector, with a larger portfolio of projects around the world and a solid trading team.
