The role could be based in Hamburg and Oberhausen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities in this position will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial and financial coordination during Project Implementation of international wind energy projects<\/li>\n<li>First contact person for all commercial issues of the project towards company\u2019s customers as well as internal and external interfaces<\/li>\n<li>Contract Management of complex contracts including drafting of notices under the contract<\/li>\n<li>Cost and Asset Management on project level<\/li>\n<li>Management of risks and opportunities during execution of the project<\/li>\n<li>Handling of outgoing invoices to customer and incoming invoices from subcontractors and related cash flow planning<\/li>\n<li>Administration and handling of payment securities and issuing of respective documents<\/li>\n<li>Insurance and claim management<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reporting of project performance to Management<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to contractual lessons learned and providing feedback to Sales, Legal and Tender Management departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 \u2013 7 years professional experiences in commercial project management<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of financial \/ commercial processes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop strategies for the cooperation with customers and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the construction industry, ideally wind power, preferred<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English. <strong>At least an advance level of German required as you will be dealing mostly with clients from the DACH region.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Degree in business administration or similar qualification<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with SAP<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with FIDIC Yellow and Silver Book projects preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in multinational teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and cover commercial, financial, administrative and legal matters with the support of the hiring managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our client offers a permanent employment contract, yearly bonus for performance and company tools, private health insurance, the possibility to work from home 2 days per
