In Europe and the Americas they develop, build and operate wind, solar and BESS projects. Currently for their team they are looking for an International DD Expert. The role implies working with international teams and supporting the legal, development and technical departments in different geographies in their project DD efforts.<\/p>\n<p>In this position you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">systematically analyze, review as well as evaluate wind and solar projects for internal and external quality assurance\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">review lease agreements and related easements and compare them with the existing project planning\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">review of other project documents and contracts with a constant focus on risk assessment\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">person in charge for the due diligence of purchase, sales and financing processes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">review and manage project documentation for the information exchange with banks and investors\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">interface in intensive dialog with the project managers of our foreign subsidiaries and technical experts throughout the group<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">monitor open issues and support in finding solutions\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">maintain standardized overviews with all key project information\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Qualification and skills:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">you have successfully completed a university or technical college degree with a focus on business administration or law or a comparable specialization<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">you may already have some professional experience in a similar position and in conducting due diligence processes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">you may already have some professional experience in the renewable energy sector<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">you are fluent in English<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"> and preferably able to speak other languages\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">you work in a structured and conscientious way, with good communication skills, assertiveness and quick comprehension\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">you have good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OFFER:<\/p>\n<p>Employment contract<\/p>\n<p>Possibility to work from home<\/p>\n<p>Yearly bonus and additional benefits<\/p>\n<p>Training<\/p>\n<p>The opportunity to support the organization in different European countries allowing you to learn and analyze legislations and technical problems regionally<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international Independent Power Producer.
