Currently for their team we are looking for a Project Development Director to support the development and permitting verification process of the projects the company is developing or analysing for acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Project Development Oversight<\/strong>: Oversee and coordinate the development of renewable energy projects, particularly wind farms, ensuring they progress to the &#8222;Ready to Build&#8221; (RTB) phase. This includes projects managed by the Company or its Affiliated Entities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentation and Approvals<\/strong>: Manage the preparation and acquisition of necessary engineering and technical documentation, as well as all required administrative and legal approvals (e.g., permits, licenses) for project development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Risk Analysis<\/strong>: Analyze legal and technical due diligence reports to identify and mitigate risks associated with project development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Coordination<\/strong>: Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, service providers, legal firms, and technical advisors to ensure smooth project progression.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting<\/strong>: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation necessary for project approvals and stakeholder communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Experience in developing renewable energy projects, especially wind farms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of engineering, technical, and legal documentation and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and due diligence.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in preparing and managing project documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OFFER:<\/p>\n<p>Attractive salary and benefits<\/p>\n<p>Yearly bonus<\/p>\n<p>Long term contract<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international energy investment group specialised in renewable energy projects.
