For their European BESS team we are now looking for a BESS engineer- an expert in project and technical project evaluation for a permanent employment contract.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities in this position will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop battery energy storage systems (BESS) integrated with solar and wind power projects<\/li>\n<li>Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for BESS installations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BESS with solar PV and Wind systems<\/li>\n<li>Perform detailed engineering analysis, including sizing, modeling, and simulation of BESS<\/li>\n<li>Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BESS projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze the performance of BESS installations, identifying opportunities for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support during the commissioning and testing of BESS<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in BESS technology and solar engineering<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your profile<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar engineering and BESS design and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including system design, installation, and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in BESS technologies, including lithium-ion batteries, battery management systems, and power conversion systems<\/li>\n<li>Experience with energy management software, simulation tools, and modeling platforms<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with grid integration, power electronics, and control systems for renewable energy projects<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OFFER<\/p>\n<p>Opportunity to work with an international team of experts<\/p>\n<p>Stable working environment<\/p>\n<p>Attractive salary<\/p>\n<p>Private medical insurance<\/p>\n<p>Trainings among others<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international IPP with solar, wind and BESS projects with global presence.
