For their office in Warsaw we are currently looking for a Legal Professional with experience in Regulatory Affairs, specifically energy markets, concessions and tenders.<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will have a chance to work in a large in house legal team as well cooperate externally with top local and international law firms in the field.<\/p>\n<p><b>Main accountabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing and preparing contracts<\/li>\n<li>Providing opinions and preparing and implementing internal procedures, policies and practices<\/li>\n<li>Participation in legal due diligence processes<\/li>\n<li>Advising on the day-to-day operations<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of current legal developments in the market to adjust internal procedures and policies<\/li>\n<li>Providing legal support to the organization in all ongoing matters, including the exchange of information necessary for coordination, centralization and consolidation of the Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in law<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the broad field of regulatory law: power market, auctions, concessions<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of energy law, corporate law and administrative law regulations<\/li>\n<li>Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Experience in interpreting legal regulations in practice<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the English language<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal, communication, public speaking and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills and ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Steady job in an international company<\/li>\n<li>Professional growth in fast developing team experienced in the field of renewable energy<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working model (3 days in our office in Warsaw)<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours<\/li>\n<li>Day off on your birthday<\/li>\n<li>Cyclical integration meetings<\/li>\n<li>One shorter working day a month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits package:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sharing the costs of sports activities<\/li>\n<li>Private medical care<\/li>\n<li>Sharing the costs of professional training &amp; courses<\/li>\n<li>Life insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international investor with offices in Europe and the Americas.
