For their local team in Warsaw we are now looking for an M&amp;A Manager to work with an international team of transactional experts in the infrastructural sector focused on energy storage and solar large-scale project. The M&amp;A Project Manager will be responsible to execute acqusitions of 600MW to 1GW solar pv projects at Ready-to-Build (RtB) status in Poland annually. (S)he will closely interact with the Solar Senior Business Developer\/Senior Originator (lead in origination and market research) and Head of Project Development (for pre-RtB projects &#8211; to provide the remaining Megawatt-projects to\/through greenfield development activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Main responsibilities includes (but not limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing whole M&amp;A process starting from creating project teaser and managing pre-due diligence project to finalize and sign SPA,<\/li>\n<li>Managing a due-dilligence process and teams (legal, engineering, financial)<\/li>\n<li>Managing work-flow of documentation (incl. proper VDR),<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the bankability of projects,<\/li>\n<li>Smooth project handover to the project financing and construction team,<\/li>\n<li>Close cooperation with financial, legal, construction and engineering team to ensure proper pace of delivering project,<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper communication to stakeholders and management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(S)he will be responsible for project management to sign and close PV deals within the Holding.Within the company the\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> M&amp;A Project Manager will close collaborate with the Head of Developments is also expected. The company will be responsible for acquiring good quality of RtB PV projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>REQUIERED-DESIRED EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate in Business or Finance or Engineering, Law<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 5+ years of M&amp;A experience,<\/li>\n<li>Proven track of managing M&amp;A projects,<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in financial modeling\/project evaluation\/valuations,<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management and tools required for correct way of implementing projects,<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the Polish renewable\/solar market would be an advantage,,<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solver, pro-active and results-oriented,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Effective skills to engage and communicate with all stakeholders internally and externally (legal team, construction &amp; engineering team)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Good managing of time\/delivering deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Fluent knowledge of English and Polish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a pipeline of projects \/ acquisitions targets, provide weekly update to top management<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage an M&amp;A process<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the process with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international developer, part of a global investor focused on solar energy projects.
