For their office in Hungary we are now looking for an experienced professional for the position of Country Manager responsible for the Hungarian market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>The Country Manager\u2019s primary tasks are to manage the construction and commission of PV power plants in Hungary in 2024 with a capacity of &gt;75 MW, as well as planning the EPC process for additional projects with a total capacity of &gt;350 MW.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>In charge of PV project delivery from planning to construction to commisioning in close cooperation with Company teams such as Engineering, Procurement and Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee the fullfilment of project delivery on time and within budget from the beginning of the promotion stage, throughout the construction and until the beginning of operation.<\/li>\n<li>Plan integrated EPC concepts, timelines and budgets for the existing project portfolio and any other future initiatives in the Hungarian market.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Hungarian company with currently 6 employees and interfaces to group functions.<\/li>\n<li>Regular reporting to group executive functions.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company on the Hungarian market, establish a\n<p>professional network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>10 years of experience in the solar PV industry<\/li>\n<li>5+ years experience in solar development and\/ or construction<\/li>\n<li>Professional project planning and management experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with permitting and contacts with authorities from\n<p>development to construction to commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Proven management experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous P&amp;L responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solver, pro-active and results-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Effective skills to engage and communicate with all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Very good MS Office skills<\/li>\n<li>Project management software experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>ERP experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Graduate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Fluency in Hungarian and English languages<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a global player in renewable energy with the majority of its assets in Central and South Europe.
